Victor put on an amazing course that allowed me to learn about Narco Culture and truly opened my eyes to what actually goes on. He spoke with confidence and was able to reach us some of the things that we have been taught incorrectly from other classes. I highly recommend this class to anyone who is wanting to learn and anyone who is wanting to become a better police officer.

I was very uneducated when I arrived at this class on the vast number of these Transnational Criminal Organizations. Phenomenal presentation of how the history of these organizations. Also great way to get rid of these biases of how things were depicted as "cartel" but are truly religious. Overall amazing class!

Victor is extremely knowledgeable of Mexican Culture and Narcos. It was a lot and will do my best to retain most of it. I have learned a great amount that I will apply to work.

I've been waiting for this class for a few years now, I knew from past reviews that it would be a great class but I absolutely couldn't imagine the vast amount of information that I received during this course! This is absolutely one of the best classes I've taken and has given me an incredible amount of knowledge on Cartels and recognizing indicators, I would highly recommend this class to everyone from patrol, to specialized units like gangs or interdiction, and especially narcotics!

This class was spectacular. Jay's knowledge of the inner workings of drug trade organizations and cartels are like no other. You don't get many opportunities to learn from somebody who lived through being a big time player in the drug game, so if this class comes around I'd highly encourage you to take it. The class is more structured around Jay's story and you'll learn a significant amount of things along the way as he teaches, so this isn't a class that will "teach" you interdiction however it will expand your knowledge greatly. Jay's willingness to answer any question and have an open dialogue are also extremely valuable, I don't think you'll find a class like this anywhere else around the country.

Very interesting perspective on DTOs

The course overall is good. Certain parts don’t need to be emphasized as much as others. But overall informative.

Instructor had a lot of knowledge to share and is an expert In the topic. Great at teaching about truck and trailers hidden compartments. Instructor would be great at teaching a hands on class.
