This was my second time taking the course. Nick Jerman breaks down OSINT in a way that’s easy to understand and directly applies to real-world policing. Even having taken it before, I walked away with new tools and updated techniques I can use right away. The material on linking accounts, navigating lesser-known platforms is especially useful. It’s a solid course for both patrol and investigative work.

Nick is an excellent instructor for the Social Media in human trafficking investigations. He is very knowledgeable on the topic and obviously aware that not all attendees are as tech/computer savvy as others and delivers the information in a way that is easily understood by all.
