Training was excellent. Great for all Sgt.’s especially newly promoted.

This class is needed and a helpful for the nuances as a first line supervisor. Helpful with the do’s and don’ts as a first line supervisor. Appreciate the proactive approach in supervising by observation instead of supervising by administration.
