Excellent class that should be mandatory for all patrol supervisors.

Both instructors were great, they explained everything clearly. Besides the videos ,they also use personal events throughout their careers as examples. Overall the course was well designed. Really enjoyed it, and learned a lot to make my job more easy. Thank you, really appreciate the opportunity and the instructors.
