I took this class in preparation for future leadership roles within my agency. The roll call section of the class was particularly important because this is an area I would like to change within my agency. Learning how to do this properly was a significant positive regarding this course.

This was a great course helped me better understand reasoning and decisions made by my own command staff. I have been a corporal for 6 months in a small agency and have not had much guidance on how to perform my new responsibilities.
