Class provided useful information regarding the subject matter.
This was one of the most valuable training courses I have attended. The presenter did an outstanding job delivering the material in a way that was engaging, practical, and directly applicable to real-world investigations. His depth of knowledge and experience in undercover operations and informant management was evident throughout the course.
What made this training especially impactful were the actual recordings and real case examples that were incorporated into the presentations. Hearing real interactions and seeing how investigations unfolded provided a level of insight that cannot be gained from textbooks alone. The real-world examples helped bridge the gap between theory and practice and demonstrated both successful techniques and important lessons learned.
