ACE Interdiction Tactics Law Enforcement Training

I have known Al and Bauer for 10 years and have worked with them on various cases. I have seen firsthand how they apply what they teach. I have attended several classes from various companies and can say this is the best class I have attended. They not only teach legal and correct tactics but teach how to articulate what you are seeing in the behaviors of those involved in criminal activity and explain why someone is exhibiting those behaviors. I strongly recommend anyone looking to get into interdiction attend this class. If you’re an experienced interdictor, this class will greatly add to your tool belt. You won’t be disappointed!

I attended a 2-day course and an online course in 2021. Bauer and Al are excellent instructors with experience and perspectives that you can trust and have stood up in federal court. Ever had something explained to you in a training that was great information, but hard to remember or didn't stick the way it should? Bauer and Al's Managing the First Impression (MFI) training gives you an easy model to remember and articulate how criminals will attempt to manage your perception of them upon initial contact. I still remember Bauer reiterating "forced, unsolicited, and unrelated" information, and explaining each of those key points in detail and in a way that is easy to apply roadside. I've literally mumbled under my breath on a stop, "This guy is totally MFI'ing me right now." Once you learn it, apply it on your stops, and see it firsthand, it will stand out every time! Some courses try to teach you everything and do an average job. Bauer and Al focus on interview and MFI, and nail it!

Bauer has a fantastic delivery of this class. He uses his own videos to break and illustrate the points he is trying to make. Bauer is also approachable and makes it easy to ask questions. This class is a must take class.

This course is packed with relevant, specific information that you can use to identify criminal activity, take enforcement action, and WIN in court. You don't have to work high level interdiction to find value in this course. The principles taught here can be used for anyone that desires to be proactive. Definitely will attend again.

Hands down one of the best interdiction classes I have ever been to! I like how he breaks everything down as you go while you are seeing it from his body camera. There is a lot of things you can look for to get an idea that there is criminal activity there. But he explains the things that he sees on his stops that a untrained eye may not catch. I mean it’s not every class you get to be taught by a highly respected prosecutor as well. Great class, great material, great instructors if you haven’t taken the steps to get in this class you are missing out. Even if you do not work interdiction and work a small town these methods work with everyone you meet.

Attending this class was eye opening. The way Bauer and Al break things down make the content super easy to understand. Great class, great instructors. I continuously recommend their class to people!

This was my first ever criminal interdiction course. This class set the bar very high for me in many aspects. Not only is the class geared towards boots in the ground workers, it is geared towards the modern proactive LEO looking to intercept crime of all types. I naturally gravitated towards this class, as it is taught by two of the best in the business. Bauer and Al teach a model (MFI) that truly is present with 99.9% of all people involved in criminal activity. Once you can get the right car stopped, this model helps you exploit those that are attempting to convey innocence at first approach. I love by this model now and see it present in nearly all of my seizures. I could not recommend this class more. This class can be taught to the one year rookie, or 30 year vet who wants to try their hand at the endless possibilities of criminal interdiction. This class give you the tools to be the difference between being a lazy cop or a hard worker in a small circle of criminal interdictors.
