Good Course given the alotted time.

I thought the course was excellently designed and the real life experience and examples that were presented was very easy to understand. This is a course I highly recommend to law enforcement officers and agents to attend and be able to implement in their daily duties.

Good information to use as a foundation. To help analyze and interview with people. This course helps to have a general understanding on interview techniques of an individual, which helps with deception.

Great introductory course into behaviors of individuals who are trying to deceive you. The course offers a power-point style presentation but adds in video examples and a class exercise to tie it all together. Overall great course!

Great class! Looking forward to attending more. Learned a lot of new things about how I speak with people so this is a game changer.

The course shed some light on things I never really considered. A lot of what the instructor mentioned officers were doing wrong were things I've done in the past. I never considered the cultural aspect or even the possibility of other things influencing a person's behavior or responses being respectful. It was a great course and I plan on attending more trainings even if I have to pay for it myself.

Great class for anyone who is looking to improve their interviewing skills.

Shawn does a great job of explaining the information but also ties it to real-world examples with case studies and visual aids. This is my second time attending one of his courses and I will continue to do so!
