Captain Watkins has a wealth of knowledge on the topic. This was a good class for a evaluation "tune-up", but may not be enough to start or re-vamp your entire program.

Good class that provides good insight on how to properly evaluate subordinate employees and why efficient evaluations need to be completed.

Good refresher on small things and documentation.

This class was good for those who need to set up an employee evaluation program, or is in need of modernizing their current evaluation program.
