TELECOMMUNICATOR TRACK - NJ Annual Training Conference

Instructor Jim Harris was an extremely intelligent individual. He was informative and relayed the information in a way that everyone would understand no matter their experience in dispatching. I would 100% recommend this class to someone whether they are a dispatcher for 2 years or 20.

Maggie and Chris did a fantastic job presenting the information and kept it interesting by involving everyone in the class and by providing video and audio calls.

Great course to take as a refresher. Sometimes we become complacent and need the reminder.
