Field Training Officer Certification Course

Great class.

Both instructors kept the class involved and I was interested in the material they presented. They provided great insight from their own experiences and training.

The course was very informative, built perfectly to explain and teach the FTO role to first time FTOs, and answered many questions about the role.

Course gave me a new view on the FTO program, how beneficial the program is to training these new officers and how well trained new officers can be an asset to the department.
