Developing a Supervisory Training Officer (STO) Program

Extremely informative. The class provides a great blueprint for a supervisor training program.

The course was a great first step in developing a program for our department to help shape and mold future leadership and supervisory roles. From A-Z was discussed and we look forward to beginning the implementation of a STO Program.
