This self-paced online course prepares candidates for executive law enforcement positions, including Chief, Deputy Chief, Colonel, Director, and other senior command roles. Master the executive-level assessment center exercises used to evaluate strategic thinking, organizational leadership, ethical judgment, crisis management, communication, and command presence.
Prepare through realistic executive scenarios, organizational case studies, oral boards, structured interviews, policy exercises, presentations, and in-basket assignments. Learn how to organize high-level responses, communicate a clear vision, and demonstrate the judgment expected of an agency executive.

Candidates may add one-on-one instructor-led coaching through Microsoft Teams or Zoom for personalized feedback, realistic practice, and targeted preparation. In-person coaching is also available in select locations.
