Command Series Level 1: Developing First Line Supervisors

This course is a dynamic representation of the ability to meet the challenges of local law enforcement.

This class should be mandated for any new Sergeants and was instructed by extremely experienced people. Highly recommended!

Instructors were well prepared and provided great detail on each topic. It was not a read off the slide class. I have been a sergeant for a little over 2 years and this provided additional ways to help Officers assigned to me and help with tracking positive and areas that need work,

The instructors were thorough and recited past experience to enhance the lesson guide. The class was engaging and led to meaningful conversations.
