This class is needed and a helpful for the nuances as a first line supervisor. Helpful with the do’s and don’ts as a first line supervisor. Appreciate the proactive approach in supervising by observation instead of supervising by administration.

Great foundation for supervisors

Class was very informative.

This class assist supervisors on ways and tactics on supervising their units. Gives a supervisor a base line and and gives them options on ways to deal with problems

Training was good but felt it targeted new Sgts versus established and should be more departmental specific.
