Provided examples of how to deal with different issues that supervisors deal with each day. Information was helpful on how to deal with different types of employees.

Good intro to LE supervision.

Very time appropriate course

This is a great course. I have always enjoyed courses taught by fellow law enforcement officers. The instructors were very knowledgeable could relate to the students unlike some civilian instructors. I also enjoyed having a "State Liaison" that was familiar with how agencies operate in Maryland.

Informative training

I have been a Sergeant for approximately 7 years. When I learned that I was mandated to go to the class, like most officers, I wasn’t exactly thrilled. With that said, after attending the Sergeant Tune Up class, I’m grateful that I had this opportunity. Sometimes we lose sight of how important and influential our position is on the officers that we supervise!
