Instructors were experienced law enforcement personnel that understood and related to current struggles and problems that police agencies currently face. It was a positive and open-ended discussion that addressed a lot of those concerns and ways in which we as supervisors can cope with change, problems, concerns, etc.

I am not a big fan of classroom training but this course was excellent and I would recommend this training for any officer in a supervisor position

The class was very helpful for to look at things differently as a 22 yr veteran

The course was well taught and the instructors hit many different points. There was a broad range of topics discussed during the class.

This is a great course. But needs to be geared more to people seeking to become first line supervisors prior to promotion. And supervisor who recently have been promoted.
