The course provided great insight on teaching techniques and different ways to FTO with new generations and older generations.

Good course for new and old supervisors

This is a great first line supervisor course.

Some material could be shorter

This course taught me different tactics I can use to help supervise and motivate my squad.

Captain Watkins has a wealth of knowledge on the topic. This was a good class for a evaluation "tune-up", but may not be enough to start or re-vamp your entire program.

This course provides you with the necessary tools to succeed as frontline supervisor. I would recommend this course for all supervisors.
