Very organized curriculum presented in an interesting manner… Lecture can be difficult to keep students attention but instructors did a dynamic excellent job keeping the material interesting. Material is presented in an enthusiastic manner with plenty of real world insight and references

The class is very small informative. It touched on a lot of key points as it relates to Law Enforcement and being a Supervisor.

Course was a great overview and review of being a road sergeant. Material presented was accurate and it went over challenges you face when you are a road sergeant.

Very information. I am not a “supervisor” however I have direct contact with less experienced officers, and this class has provided me with insight on how to better serve them and my agency.

I have been through a lot of training but this was very good. I even went back to the pd last night and explained to other supervisors that this is some of the best, meaningful, useful training I’ve received. I definitely recommend this class for supervisors. It is much better than the personality supervisor training we received previously. This class gives me a better understanding on how to deal with and manage my squad.

Good course for front line supervisors. Informative and puts things into perspective for our positions.

Class was very informative regarding supervision topics that must be considered. I feel that this would’ve been good to have directly after being promoted, but still great information to have.

Great course! Definitely recommend for upper level management. I would just suggest distributing an outline of the course at the beginning of class to make it easier to follow what is discussed.
