This is a 16-hour course that covers information related to trauma, Acute and Chronic Stress, financial well-being, shift work, depression, suicide, wellness, mental health, and ways to practice self-care for first responders.
NOTES: This class involves the use of RBT methods. Students will conduct mock traffic stops and have to navigate the world of remaining pro-active while also focusing on officer safety.
