Reviews for this course
This class was great. Very informative and the instructors were very knowledgeable about the course material.
The training attacks every level of leadership. The training spoke on both formal and informal leaders and how to place people who are directly under your leadership in a position to succeed. The trainers come with tons of knowledge and experience and we’re about to correlate lessons with their own experiences.
This class has helped broaden my understanding of what it means to be a supervisor. There are a lot of issues that I have wondered how to handle, and this class provided me with guidelines on what to do.
Course was fabulous! A must for anyone in the first line supervisory role!
Fantastic training. Very helpful for both future and current supervisors.
It was very good having people from other agencies in the class. It shows difference perspectives. As instructors sharing personal stories was definitely a plus. The content in the class gave me some great ideas of how to become a better leader not just a sergeant.
This course effectively provides the training necessary to prepare you to be an effective leader.
The class exceeded expectations on every level. The instructors are very knowledgeable on the subject matter and use practical real life exercises.
This course was beneficial to me as a new supervisor. True way topics were covered in depth and broken down helped me to understand the answers given!
