Great class, instructors provide more in-depth material on dealing with new and upcoming officers and dealing with toxic leadership, etc. Not your typical “liability” supervision class.

Class was very informative regarding supervision topics that must be considered. I feel that this would’ve been good to have directly after being promoted, but still great information to have.

As a new supervisor the biggest struggle has been navigating the critical shift. This class provided me with valuable information to assist with the transition.
