NJ Open Public Records (OPRA)

OPRA Class was excellent. Phil Rizzo did an excellent presentation.

I have attended several of his classes and find that they have all been very informative.

I wanted to write to you and thank you for your time for helping me gain more knowledge. The training and instructions were very helpful. Phil kept the class entertained the whole time, I never lost interest the entire time I was there, I actually wish there was more days of training to learn more. This is the first class that I’ve been to where I walked out feeling like I learned a lot. Thank you again!

This course should be required learning for anyone who is responsible for responding to OPRA requests. It really can't be done based on "that's what we've always done."

The OPRA class was excellent in that it provided clear guidance on what information is permissible for distribution and what information is not.
The instructor, Capt. Philip J. Rizzo, was an excellent speaker and conveyed all the essential information anyone could need to learn how to handle an OPRA request.
