This class was very informative. I would recommend for any officer looking to become a first line supervisor.
I enjoyed this class and thought it was beneficial. The instructors were intelligent and delivered the information effectively.
This was an excellent eye opening training to assuming the role of patrol level supervisor in my agency. It shed light on aspects of supervision that I was overlooking as not essential. I am leaving this course with several ideas to help the officers under my supervison.
