This was a great class for inspiring future supervisors. All chain of command should take this class because we do have some supervisors that don’t follow the positive leadership of their subordinates. This will lead to better morale, productivity, conduct, and leadership.
This training on Corporal Leadership was outstanding. The instructors were very thorough. The presentation and information provided was excellent.
