Great real life scenarios and videos. Instructor was very informative and able to answer all questions and explain situations properly. Looking forward to part II and III
Excellent course that is greatly needed for our officers. Lieutenant Congleton provided a great breakdown on how to understand what we can do to better educate ourselves in these incidents on scene as well as techniques to enhance our report writing skills.
