Instructor Rizzo is experienced and portrays his knowledge of not only the course, but his experiences within the course material. Instructor Rizzo was clear and concise with his explanations of the course material, giving ample examples to better understand the material. I received answers from this course that I’ve been looking for during my time as a Patrol Sergeant. I’d highly recommend this class for every level of experience within first line supervision.
