Description

The Field Training Officer Certification course has been designed to expose attendees to the fundamental knowledge necessary to impart lasting ethical ideas, moral decision making, professional pride through effective teaching techniques. Based on the “San Jose” model current and future FTO’s will be instructed in proper trainee evaluations, daily observation reports, liability issues, professionalism.
