Description
This leadership course for law enforcement officers will give insight on how to build a healthy culture within our departments. We believe creating this culture will increase retention rates, build momentum for executing departmental strategic plans, increase buy-in on change initiatives, and create an atmosphere that will promote unity of command. This course will share strategies on increasing trust and influence within our organizations.
