Tim is a phenomenal instructor who makes the course worth the while. All the information is presented in a manner that is easy to understand and relate to. He makes the course interactive in a way that keeps the material interesting and fun. Highly recommend any courses Tim instructs.
Course was very educational and getting the perspective of a dispatcher from a different agency help aid on how to improve myself as a dispatcher. Definitely will go back and share the knowledge/ importance of our role with my fellow dispatchers and officers.
