Great course for newer Sgt. or acting OIC who may deal with a critical situation and admin are tucked in bed. Teaches the essentials of assessing and security the scene until recourses arrive.

Very informative and interactive class. I thoroughly enjoyed the content throughout the entire course and learned very important details that will allow me to implement them on patrol.

Barricaded subject situation can become an issue with any type of incident. With the proper training de-escalation can be used and diffuse the situation ultimately protecting all lives involved.

Good class. Instructor was knowledgeable. There were several tips he gave during the table top discussions that I did not consider (I.e.; when setting up the perimeter for the college dorm, sealing down the floor instead of the whole building).
