I recently attended this course and from the moment we started, Russ’ passion for law enforcement and teaching was evident. He made the class engaging through interactive discussions, real-life scenarios, and thought-provoking questions. Russ shared valuable insights that I know I will utilize on patrol. He covered essential topics such as investigative methods, de-escalation techniques, and legal updates, all while ensuring we understood how to apply the knowledge practically.
