Description
This course provides practical investigative techniques for handling crimes against children, from the initial call through prosecution. You’ll learn offender behavior patterns, effective suspect and victim interviewing strategies, and how to prepare expert search and seizure warrants for preferential child molesters. Case studies will guide you in evidence classification, forensic interviews, and emerging investigative strategies. Additionally, you’ll gain the skills to develop a Child Abduction Response Team (CART) and apply best practices for Amber Alerts and child abduction cases.
